I was extremely pleased with my initial visit to your office. Staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. I felt like I got good care without any (or only very little) unnecessary "up sell."
My only minor negative experience/comment: It was a busy morning, so some delays in the waiting area, but understandable. (I could have gotten started ~10 or 15 minutes earlier, but in the end I got it done and got all planned services.)
All in all, I was very happy with the level of service and staff interactions. Being new to the area, it is nice that I now have a dentist that I will be happy seeing for years to come.
